"Slightly ironically, artist Paul de Maat from Helmond comments on our overcrowded consumer society. He describes himself as a 'super tinkerer'. With elaborate and visually attractive pieces of work he transforms spaces and gives them a new identity. A dose of (self) mockery is not shunned either. as the use of (figurative) double floors, in order to somewhat disrupt the public. Not everything is what it appears to be. The heart of the Filiaal Delft exhibition is formed by the corrugated cardboard 'Winkel van Rinkel & De Kinkel' with the slogan ' Art for every fair and every taste. ”Other elements of the exhibition include 'Het Museum van Niks', the walking work' BOEM-POK! and the Old Dutch board game 'Sla de Hond'. "
